Nominate founders for the anonymous survey.
These founders will receive a standardised 10-item survey. You never see individual answers — only the aggregated score per dimension. Aggregated feedback weighs 35% of your overall Selection Score.
Formal credentials.
Verifiable third-party signals. We cross-check ICF and EMCC certifications against their official registers.
Your highest current coaching certification. ICF (International Coaching Federation) and EMCC are independently verified.
Other relevant certifications: Innosuisse Start-up / Scale-up / Special Coach, Venturelab accreditation, sector-specific qualifications, MBA.
Number of formal advisory or board mandates you currently hold. Used for scoring, the count is not shown publicly.
Quantified impact.
Optional but powerful. Even partial answers strengthen your Impact Score — leave blank what you can't accurately quantify.
Approximate cumulative external funding raised by startups you have coached. Estimate honestly — only band selected, no exact figure.
Number of startups under your coaching that closed a follow-on funding round during or after the engagement.
Number of coached startups that achieved an M&A exit or IPO. Includes partial exits and acqui-hires.
How would you rate your overall coaching impact? Your self-rating is a low-weight signal — founder feedback weighs vastly more — but contextualises your other answers.
Ready to submit?
After submission: founders receive the survey within 48 h. Survey runs 3–4 weeks. With at least 4 returned reviews, your final Selection Status is issued in October 2026.
